Everything we do is guided by our values: * One Trilogy Team * Encourage Creativity * Be Constructive * Deliver Excellence * Promote Wellbeing * Embrace Diversity What you'll be doing As our Social Media Assistant, you'll support the growth of Berzerk Active Play's online presence by: * Creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram * Identifying and responding to current social media trends * Supporting the delivery of the social media content plan * Monitoring and responding to comments and messages across social media channels * Attending monthly planning meetings with the Marketing Communications Officer * Producing simple monthly reports on social media performance, engagement and reach * Helping generate new ideas to grow our audience and increase engagement What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is: * Passionate about social media and content creation * Creative with an eye for detail * Confident using TikTok and Instagram * Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive * Comfortable communicating with people online * Open to learning and trying new ideas * A positive team player who enjoys working with others * Flexible and willing to travel between Trilogy Active and Berzerk Active Play sites when required Why join us?
