What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver safe, effective and motivating gym sessions
- Support members with equipment use and personalised fitness plans
- Promote health and wellbeing using Trilogy Health & Fitness principles
- Carry out fitness assessments and monitor member progress
- Supervise swimming pools and dry-side areas safely
- Act within NPLQ standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Deliver excellent customer service to all users
- Support specialist programmes such as Activity on Referral
- Follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures at all times
- Support colleagues across sites where required
What You’ll Develop

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 2 recognised Health & Fitness qualification (essential)
- NPLQ and First Aid at Work (desirable, training available if not held)
- A positive, professional and motivating approach
- Passion for health, wellbeing and customer experience
- Confidence working with a wide range of people
- Commitment to safety, standards and teamwork
- Experience with Activity on Referral is desirable but not essential.
