The Role As a Senior Business Travel Expert, you will: * Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings across air, rail, hotel and ancillary services. * Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, delivering a personalised, high-touch service. * Create and manage complex itineraries, amendments, reissues and urgent travel requests. * Monitor GDS queues and proactively manage ticketing deadlines and requirements. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on service excellence and retention. * Provide support for out-of-hours client requirements when necessary. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold exceptional service standards. * Support and contribute positively to the wider team environment. About You To succeed in this role, you'll have: * A minimum of 5 years' experience within a business travel environment (essential). * Strong GDS knowledge, ideally Travelport/Galileo (Amadeus and Sabre experience also considered). * Experience processing exchanges, reissues and refunds. * Confidence managing complex and high-value travel requirements independently. * Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. * Strong communication skills with a genuine client-focused approach. * The ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure. * A proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership and commitment to high standards. Desirable Skills * Experience using the Atriis travel platform. * Ticketing or fare-related qualifications.
