At Tomato Plant, a haulage and infrastructure maintenance company specialising in drainage, the health, safety and welfare of our people and our customers is a priority. We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Planner to develop into a key role within the business, primarily to support the drainage division in respect of the Heathrow Airport Contract. The successful applicant will be trained in key processes and systems to support the Contract Manager and divisional management team in their day-to-day operational requirements and system compliance.

- Basic hours: 40 hours per week, Monday β Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
Requirements of Role:
- Provision of first incoming customer call management and redirection and/or messaging for call backs.
- Operational liaison in reactive work issues to ensure completion within response times.
- Administration support for the Heathrow Contract to assist with data entry into Maximo and forward works planning.
- Raise job sheets and monitor costs, ensuring timely return of work completions as required.
- Support the team in material ordering, hire equipment and tracking on and off hire requirements.
- Update Sage and other client systems on job completion information and update priced works for invoicing.
- Assist in the monitoring of client work order system Maximo, running and writing reports and providing updates to support essential KPI performance.
- General filing and records keeping for audit purposes.
- Assist in the production of permits for work and associate job packs for issue.
- Assist in the administration of attaining airside passes and other airport licence requirements.
- Support management in minuting meetings, creating meeting records etc.

- To be customer focused with excellent telephone and communication skills.
- To be methodical and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills.
- To be able to engage effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- To be able to adapt and take on new skills and approaches.
- To be able to use a variety of desktop PC systems, be competent on Microsoft Office suite and be IT literate.
- Previous experience on Maximo and Sage desirable but not essential.
Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£35,000.00 per year
