This 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off live-in rota offers stability, generous time off, and the chance to build a meaningful, long-term connection.
The Role – Making Everyday Life Easier
- Supporting daily living and personal care needs
- Using ceiling or full-body hoists safely
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Supporting PEG feeding (training provided if needed)
- Working alongside another care worker during double-up shifts
About You
- Previous care experience is essential
- Confident using hoists and manual handling equipment
- Calm, compassionate, and emotionally mature
- A good listener with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and adapt to individual needs
- Client preference for someone young yet mature, dependable, and respectful
