Recruitment Services UK is seeking a competent Working Site Supervisor for a façade repair and external painting project in Kirkcaldy. The role involves supervising a small site team (up to 6 operatives) on a contract or PAYE basis, with cradle access systems used for 18-storey works.
You'll report to the Contracts Manager, conduct inductions, manage RAMS, run toolbox talks, and coordinate cradle moves with our internal cradle division while ensuring weekly paperwork is filed.
