Role Overview: At EPPH we take pride in our work and seek out opportunities to do things better. Administrative and operational support to the procurement team, helping ensure that purchasing activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies. The role involves maintaining procurement records, processing purchase documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the procurement team in sourcing goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
- Follow up with merchants regarding deliveries and order status.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Handle general administrative duties within the procurement department.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing principles – preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
