Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: Β£23,400.00 – 28,572.00

Experience Required:

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Good computer skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Organisational Skills

Role Overview:

  • Ensuring efficient assistance with the general administration activities in office
  • Provide first line communication, support with the fleet, booking vehicles for repairs and driving vehicle to required locations.
  • Review and approve daily timesheets data and work hours for site employees
  • Raising purchase orders for completed works and maintain registers
  • Booking accommodation for engineers working away
  • Responsible for preparing and distribution of office letters
  • Arranging uniform and PPE for employees
  • Arranging training courses for EPPH personnel and contacting external training providers
  • Health and safety in-house responsibilities
