Are you passionate about gymnastics? Trilogy Active are looking to expand their team to support the continued growth of their Gymnastics Academy.
About the Role
- Deliver creative and innovative lessons in line with Trilogy’s Gymnastics Academy scheme of work
- Accurately complete records to track attendance and progression throughout each participant’s gymnastics journey
- Ensure individual, team, and Academy targets are consistently met
What You’ll Need
- Level 1 or 2 qualification in Gymnastics (additional Pre-School qualifications are advantageous)
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer-facing environment
- The ability to respond appropriately and professionally to everyone you interact with
- An understanding of the child safeguarding process
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the business – lessons typically run in the mornings (Preschool), evenings, and weekends
