We are a well-established leading Signage and large format company located in Mitcham CR4. Printalicious has over 20 years of industry experience, working with a diverse range of clients to deliver high-quality signage, vinyl graphics, event installations, and more. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a skilled and motivated Sign & Graphics Installer.
This role will require someone with at least 5 years’ experience in the installation of graphics and signage from the large format and digital print industry. The successful candidate must have a strong production knowledge and a proven record of working with all aspects of print and sign installation.
- To load each morning/night and check all packages and paperwork
- Self-manage day to ensure they are prompt for each job
- Plan the route between jobs and ensure sufficient time for each job
- Ensure correct equipment is available to complete the brief
- Ensure each job is installed correctly following the brief provided
- Tidy the site and ensure all work is completed to a professional standard
- Send feedback and pictures of the completed install reporting any issues
- Full UK driving licence required as this post will require extensive and frequent travel (reasonable adjustments will be considered for those unable to hold one due to a disability)
- Flexibility in approach and willingness to work unsocial hours
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the signage industry
- Strong background within the installation of signage and graphics from the digital printing industry
- Technical mind and ability to work with the lead sign fitter to achieve high quality installations
- Experience in the graphics and creative production industry
- Ability to clearly communicate instructions to a team
- Flexibility and willingness to provide practical support where necessary
- Excellent time management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Individual diligence with a focus on team participation
- Good leadership skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Various sign installation experience working with lots of materials (installing window graphics, large format prints, exhibitions & build, retail, shop-fit & signage, hoardings, retail graphics, lighting, bespoke signs & graphics, LED & lighting)
- Be flexible when it comes to working hours
- Self-motivated and driven
