Green & Company, Walmley Office B76 1QN is recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join our successful and expanding estate agency. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fantastic team where your expertise will play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion.
Green & Company are a forward-looking independent firm of Estate Agents having six local Sales Offices and have been trading for over 30 years in and around the Sutton Coldfield area. We have an outstanding reputation within the property market and deliver exceptional customer service.
Salary: Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000pa
The Role
- Manage property sales from agreed sale through to completion and proactively chase outstanding matters that may delay exchanges or completions
- Liaise with all parties: buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers
- Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the transaction process
- Identify and resolve issues to keep transactions progressing effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property sales progression or estate agency
- Strong communication and telephone skills and highly organised with an ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and always offering excellent customer service
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Potential to be home based
