About DL M s largest organisations within the commercial, leisure and transport sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Commercial Team based at our Bolton office.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator with experience in design and build commercial projects to join a busy and growing business. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders on projects ranging from 100,000 to 15 million, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and our project delivery teams. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tenders simultaneously and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and employer’s requirements
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Negotiating supplier and subcontractor prices
