Our client is expanding their care agency and is a growing Home Care provider that has built a reputation for quality. They have clients throughout London that require care and support to help them remain living in the comfort of their own homes. They are now recruiting care workers to join their professional team of care workers. It is essential that you have relevant home care experience, qualifications, and the knowledge to provide the best quality support to our clients. They encourage and support the professional development of their care workers through training and provide a full induction to successful candidates. They are seeking Domiciliary Carers to support clients in Ealing, Enfield, and Barnet. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: As a Domiciliary Carer, you’ll be visiting clients in their homes and supporting them with: * Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming) * Meal preparation * Medication prompting or administration * Companionship and emotional support * Light housekeeping Locations Available * Ealing * Enfield * Barnet You’ll be working in your preferred or closest area where possible. Pay & Benefits * £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (based on experience and shift type) * Flexible shifts – weekdays with occasional weekend availability * Ongoing training and support * Opportunity to excel to senior care worker care- coordinator or field supervisor within the organisation Requirements Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training can be provided A caring and patient nature * Good communication skills * Must be eligible to work in the UK * Must have care experience
