Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Location: Rooksbridge, North Somerset
We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.
Main Duties:
- Prospective customer demonstrations – remote
- Existing customer demonstrations – remote
- Sales order processing
- Managing leads - tracking and generation
- Customer service and support
- Diary management
- Marketing support
- Process and procedures upkeep and management
- Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate
- Internal/External communication updates as required
- Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow
- General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
- Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)
- Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
- Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
- Can produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting
- Ability to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries
- Use a range of numerical and graphical data for the office environment
- Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision
- Show an awareness of others’ roles, responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of the dental sector
- Knowledge of the veterinary sector
- Understanding of digital media
