Salary: Between £43,000.00 & £53,000.00 per annum (DOE), paid monthly on the 28th

Vehicle: Company vehicle provided with a fuel card

Employment Type: Permanent contract with Consilium Contracting Services

Probationary Period: 3 months

Notice Period: 1 month

Holidays: 28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays

Pension: Standard Government Stakeholder Pension

Reporting to: Craig Reid, Director

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Contract Manager, you will work on our Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to the required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance, while effectively managing each customer relationship and ensuring we maintain required KPIs on all the frameworks (KPI attainment is an essential part of the role, as is managing the financial budget for each framework/ad hoc project). You will be given an expected sales budget for each framework that you are required to maintain monthly and deliver, ensuring all resources aligned within each framework budget are accurately managed; changes in budget require you to act to maintain the profit for that framework.

You will also be expected to build on existing relationships, identify opportunities for additional work streams and projects, manage the workforce, solve problems, and maintain a productive and positive team environment on site.

Job Location

Head office in Paisley, regional office is in Dunfermline. You will service clients throughout Edinburgh, Fife, and at times within the Borders. You may also be asked to travel over to West/Central areas of Scotland as necessary to fulfil the role to support the wider Consilium team. A valid driving license and DVLA check are required.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (OTE)
