Key Responsibilities
- Perform roofing, joisting, cladding, and first and second fix carpentry tasks
- Work independently on various projects, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship
- Utilize personal tools and transport to complete tasks efficiently
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ carpentry experience
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
- Own tools and transport
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to the Essex area before starting work
