Candidates must be proficient in roofing, joisting, cladding, and first and second fix carpentry. Key Responsibilities

• Perform roofing, joisting, cladding, and first and second fix carpentry tasks
• Work independently on various projects, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship
• Utilize personal tools and transport to complete tasks efficiently

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ carpentry experience
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
• Own tools and transport
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to the Essex area before starting work
