We are looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting our Business Development Managers and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience. The role focuses on contract processing, supply chain support and customer excellence.
About the Role
As a Business Support Co-ordinator, you'll be the link between our customers, sales team and supply chain partners. You'll help manage customer contracts, resolve service issues, coordinate subcontracted services and ensure every customer receives an outstanding level of support.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering great service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
- Support Business Development Managers with customer enquiries, contracts and day-to-day administration.
- Process contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Resolve customer and subcontractor service issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure subcontracted services are delivered smoothly and in line with customer expectations.
- Use business systems including CRM, Microsoft Office and reporting software to maintain accurate records.
- Provide contract information and support to the sales team.
- Ensure customer solutions comply with environmental, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement within the Business Support function.
