Company: JPROJECTS Ltd is a medium-sized main contractor specialising in commercial refurbishment and alteration works across the Office, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and Education sectors.
Role & Responsibilities: Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Site Management team. We pride ourselves on being a friendly and sociable business, while maintaining a strong work ethic and consistently delivering high-quality projects. Projects typically range in value from £50k to £3 million. The majority of work is based in Bristol and the South West. Occasionally, projects may be located further afield and could require overnight stays (rare).
- Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality standards, and in line with health & safety requirements
- Chairing and attending supplier and client meetings
- Reading, understanding, and implementing drawings, scopes of work, and specifications
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders
- Remaining hands-on when required, including assisting with certain site tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial refurbishment projects
- Trade background preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant and up-to-date qualifications, including (but not limited to):
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
Junior and trainee applicants with relevant construction experience and a desire to progress into site or project management will also be considered.
Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability
- Pension scheme
