Based at Belper Leisure Centre (39 hours per week) Rate of pay £10.85-£12.71 per hour (dependent on age) Closing Date – Ongoing

Trilogy Active are recruiting a Full Time Recreation Assistant to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Trilogy Active. You will ideally need to hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (however, for the right candidate there may be a possibility to obtain in-house). The successful candidate will possess a good eye for detail, be able to work to a timetable of activities whilst displaying a professional attitude at all times, ensuring our customers and members receive the best service possible. Applicants must have a flexible approach to working hours since our shifts include early mornings, weekends and evening work.

Duties include:

  • Lifeguarding the pool
  • Setting up activity equipment
  • Cleaning
  • Customer interaction

The ability to work under own initiative is essential, however full training will be provided.
