Are you ready to lead and deliver projects on-site while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency? We’re looking for a Site Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing site operations and driving successful project outcomes.
The Company
NW Total Engineered Solutions Ltd. is a specialist manufacturing and engineering company focused on delivering high-quality process equipment packages. Our facility is equipped with a broad range of core capabilities, enabling us to manufacture and rigorously test a diverse array of equipment. We have particular expertise in pipe welding and mechanical fitting, which are central to the projects we undertake. Additionally, we offer in-house Level 2 weld inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability across all our work.

37.5 hours, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm
Salary
£48-56K per annum
What You’ll Do
- Oversee delivery of projects on-site, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Produce and review site documentation packs (construction phase plans, risk assessments, method statements, permits).
- Maintain a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle ensuring works are carried out in line with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage contractors ensuring that CDM regulations are complied with.
- Coordinate installation, fabrication, and resource planning activities.
- Carry out site surveys and dimension checks.
- Support with onsite testing and commissioning of equipment.
- Act as an onsite point of contact for vendors and contractors.
- Support project engineers with planning, reporting, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in site coordination and day-to-day management.
- Engineering fitting and fabrication experience.
- Strong organisational skills for planning work, timelines, and resources.
- Strong communication skills.
- UK nationality (due to security requirements).
- IOSH Managing Safely or Working Safely certification.
- SMSTS Site Management Safety Training Scheme.
