We are an extremely fast-paced 24/7 multi-trade contracting firm based in our hometown of Paisley (no remote working). We operate mostly in social housing and also in private domestic homes. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Business Systems Director.
As a 24/7 reactive repairs, maintenance knowledge of frameworks such as M3NHF (National Housing Federation) is highly advantageous.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment for private and social housing works.
- Maintain and update simPRO diligently and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Deliver excellent customer service, with strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness.
- Attend customer meetings to present, discuss, and agree on costs to maintain profitability.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
