We are currently recruiting forenthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Team Members to join a busy and growing hospitality/retail environment in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their skills within a friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Preparing food and drinks to company standards
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Preparing the store for opening and closing
- Working effectively as part of a team during busy periods
- Handling cash and card transactions
- Completing daily cash-up procedures
- Following food safety, hygiene and company procedures
- Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the store
- Promoting products and identifying opportunities to increase sales

- Flexible with working hours
- Previous hospitality, retail, catering or food service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
