Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Engineer to join a well-established and growing organisation, covering London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team working on a variety of commercial electronic security projects. You’ll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industry-leading security systems whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

- Previous experience installing, servicing and commissioning security systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service and maintain security systems across customer sites.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance works.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current industry standards and company quality procedures.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure company vehicles are maintained and used in accordance with company guidelines.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care on every visit.
- Meet agreed service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for additional works or upgrades and pass these to the sales team.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Work closely with engineers, sales teams and project staff to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Support management with additional projects as required.
- Travel throughout London and the South East, with occasional overnight stays where necessary.
