Are you a CSCS Labourer with demolition and strip-out experience?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a CSCS Labourer to join a busy construction project in Loughborough. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous experience working on similar demolition and strip-out sites.
Whatβs on Offer:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- General labouring duties on site
- Demolition and strip-out work
- Assisting trades and site teams
- Loading and moving materials
- Keeping the site clean and tidy
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Any other duties as directed by the Site Manager
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience as a Labourer
- Demolition and strip-out experience essential
- Must have worked on a similar site previously
- Reliable and hardworking
- Good timekeeping
