Are you an experienced Labourer? Regional Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading construction company that is looking for a new individual to join their team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. This role offers short-term career development and the opportunity to grow into the career you are striving for.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with general labouring duties on site
- Support skilled trades as required
- Load, unload, and handle materials
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, particularly on secure sites
Requirements
- Full driving licence and able to drive
- No criminal record and able to pass required background checks for work in prisons
- Willing to work up to 10-hour days, including travel time
- Able to work away from home at least one week per month (including shared accommodation)
- Available to work 2 Saturdays per month
- Full availability – we cannot accommodate school pick-ups, drop-offs, or childcare commitments
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
