Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Bench Joiner to join a professional and growing company based in Hinckley. This is a hands-on role for a reliable and skilled individual with experience working from drawings and producing high-quality joinery products.

Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience as a Bench Joiner
- Strong practical joinery skills
- Ability to work accurately and to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carrying out bench joinery work to a high standard
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Measuring, cutting and assembling timber and other materials
- Using a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required timescales
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Checking completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company
Requirements
As a Bench Joiner, you will be expected to:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Take pride in the quality of your work
- Have good timekeeping and reliability
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Follow instructions and specifications accurately
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
