Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven track record as a Vehicle Painter/ Prepper within an accident repair/ body shop environment
- Proficient in modern water-based paint systems, prepping techniques and smart repair processes
- An exceptional eye for detail with a deep commitment to producing high quality work
Desirable:
- Experience working to manufacturer specific paint specifications and standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mask, sand, prime and prep vehicle panels efficiently, ensuring surfaces are completely flawless before paint application
- Accurately match, mix and tint paint using modern computerised paint mixing systems to ensure a perfect blend and match
- Apply topcoats, clear coats and complex finishes using high quality spray guns in a controlled booth environment
- Visually inspect all finished work to ensure there are no defects, runs or dust inclusions, maintaining our standard of ‘first class finishes’
Requirements:
