A rapidly growing NICEIC-approved electrical contractor in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a qualified Electrician to join their team on an on-going subcontractor basis. The role offers competitive pay of up to £200 per day and a good variety of work including carrying out installations, inspection/testing, fault finding and remedial works across a range of domestic, industrial and commercial environments.
As the qualified Electrician your key responsibilities will include:
- Electrical wiring and installations in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Inspection and testing.
- Fault finding and diagnostics.
- Remedial and maintenance works.
- Delivering high-quality repairs and workmanship.
- Ensuring compliance with current wiring regulations and health and safety standards.
The Electrician will have the following skills and attributes:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Inspection & Testing is highly desirable.
- Valid ECS Gold Card or CSCS Card.
- Full UK driving licence, own van and tools.
You will be working from various locations in and around the Staffordshire and Cheshire areas. Occasional overnight stays may be required. Appointment will be subject to DBS clearance, right to work checks and satisfactory references.
