An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety / CDM Consultant to join a Stafford-based consultancy on a full-time hybrid basis, to help with the management of existing projects and support continued company growth. The role offers a competitive benefits package including salary up to £39,000 per year, a hybrid working model, and lots of other perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supporting clients with CDM-related requirements.
  • Maintaining strong communication and partnerships with clients for effective safety practices.
  • Developing and promoting occupational health initiatives.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in Construction Health and Safety with an understanding of CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations.
  • NEBOSH qualified and Fire Risk Assessment trained.
  • P402 Asbestos training is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle.

You will be working from various locations in and around the Staffordshire area and from home. Travel to client sites will be required and nights away may occasionally be needed. Appointment will be subject to right to work checks and satisfactory references.
