Your Skills:

  • Experienced in high volume residential conveyancing, managing the full transaction including title checks and dealing with enquiries, on freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity and remortgaging.

The Conveyancer / Solicitor Opportunity:

As Conveyancer / Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to dedicate yourself to focussing closely to your own caseload, providing excellent customer service and an efficient workflow.

About you:

  • 3+ years experience carrying a high-volume caseload (100+ files)
  • Experience in variety of transactions including sales and purchases of freehold leasehold, shared ownership, new build, buy to let, transfer of equity and remortgaging.
  • Experience overseeing full transactions: including dealing with enquiries and undertaking title checks.
  • Client focused approach, proactively updating clients and referrers
  • A proven track record working within a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy with previous experience using case management systems.
  • A team player, providing guidance and support to colleagues when required.
