The Finance Executive role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributing Revolut statements and maintaining up-to-date financial reports
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll, acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries and month-end adjustments
- Ensuring timely completion and submission of payroll documentation
- Carrying out payment clear-downs and reconciliations
- Processing commission payments efficiently
- Collaborating with Sales & Performance Managers to resolve sales report issues
- Reconciling account statements and maintaining the Gantt chart with updated invoice numbers and prepayments
- Keeping cash flow records updated and overseeing the accuracy of accounts payable
- Managing client reports and verifying their accuracy and consistency
- Ensuring paysheets and breakdowns are correct and up to date
- Handling recon breakdowns and reconciliation processes
- Scheduling and attending finance-related meetings with internal stakeholders
- Responding to finance and sales-related queries
