You'll be accountable for pipeline quality, outbound standards, conversion rates, and the consistent delivery of high-value opportunities and closed business for our clients.
You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end sales performance, setting standards of excellence across the funnel, and ensuring our setters and closers consistently deliver high-quality opportunities and results for our clients.
WHY TOP SALES LEADERS JOIN RECRUITMENT REVENUE
Recruitment Revenue is a tech-enabled, people-led outbound sales partner for fast-growing recruitment agencies across multiple industries and markets. We don't sell one fixed product — we build and run high-impact outbound sales engines for our clients.

Lead, coach, and manage the full sales team — both Sales Setters (SDRs) and Account Executives / Closers — to consistently hit and exceed performance targets. Oversee training and ongoing development across both setting and closing functions. Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, call coaching sessions, and team training. Monitor outbound and closing activity across phone, email, and social channels to ensure quality and consistency. Ensure accurate CRM usage and high-quality prospect, activity, and pipeline data. Analyse performance metrics across the full funnel to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales output with business and client goals. Champion a positive, accountable, high-performance team culture. Represent Recruitment Revenue professionally across all internal and external communication.
