The Role
This is a closing-focused role, ideal for someone who understands the recruitment industry and can confidently sell to recruitment founders and leaders. You’ll be responsible for:
- Closing qualified inbound and outbound opportunities
- Running discovery and sales calls with recruitment agency owners
- Clearly articulating Recruitment Revenue’s value and solutions
- Managing deals from first call through to close
- Accurately updating CRM and maintaining strong pipeline hygiene
What We’re Looking For (non-negotiable):
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Account Executive / Closer role
- Recruitment industry experience (recruiter, agency sales, or recruitment services background)
- Proven experience closing deals (high-ticket or consultative sales preferred)
- UK-based and able to work UK hours (London-based applicants only)
- Confident, articulate, and commercially sharp on sales calls
