About the Role

We’re looking for a hungry and motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing team at Recruitment Revenue. This is a remote cold calling role where you’ll be on the frontline of driving new business by booking qualified meetings for our clients in the recruitment & staffing industry. This is a remote, full‑time position where you’ll be taking cold lists and turning them into booked meetings with UK business owners and hiring decision‑makers. If you’re competitive, resilient, and thrive in a high‑performance environment, this role will put you on the fast track to sales success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cold calling prospects daily with the goal of booking qualified meetings
  • Managing your own pipeline of bookings and ensuring clients’ expectations are met
  • Speaking with both prospects and clients consistently throughout the day
  • Handling leads, appointment setting, and account management with confidence
  • Working closely with our leadership team for training, development, and support
