We’re recruiting a Project Manager to join a leading UK provider of water mist fire suppression solutions at an exciting stage of growth. This is a brand-new role, offering real autonomy and the chance to manage high-profile commercial installation projects from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects, from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project planning & scheduling
  • Risk management
  • Resource allocation
  • End-to-end project delivery
  • Project reporting
  • Staff & subcontractor management
  • Budget & cost control
  • Health, Safety & Welfare compliance

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Project Management experience gained in a Building Services or Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Experience managing multiple commercial projects concurrently
  • Full responsibility for project financials & budgets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel UK-wide (2–3 nights away per week if required)
  • Ability to obtain full security clearance (costs covered)
  • CSCS card (Manager level preferred)

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2 qualification
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations
  • SMSTS
