Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Conduct investment research and analysis across various asset classes, including idea generation, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
- Support portfolio monitoring activities such as trade capture, performance tracking, risk analysis, and portfolio construction reviews.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for the family principals, investment committee, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements, maintain accurate data management, and support investment decisions with timely analysis.
- Assist with operational aspects of the investment process, including fund subscriptions and redemptions, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
- Oversee data integrity and manage reporting tools, liaising with custodians, administrators, and service providers as needed.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience in investment analysis, asset management, or related role.
- Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for financial markets and investment strategies
- Strong investment operations experience (back office).
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.
Ideal:
- CFA qualifications or working towards (or CAIA)
- Experience gained in both investment and investment operations (front and back office)
- Russian speaking.
