- Liaise with Building Control to ensure drawings compliant with building regs & H&S.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant design experience involving workplace design / office fit out projects.
- Interior Design degree or related subject.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Control, Compliance, Fire Regulations.
- Highly proficient producing construction drawings.
- Proficient using CAD & Revit.
- Excellent communication with a high degree of detail.
- Outstanding organisation skills, used to working with clients.
- Driving licence, own transport.
