We're seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across Greater London, developing relationships with independent retail customers and playing a key role in creating a scalable and profitable division from the ground up. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, field-based environment and enjoys the challenge of opening new accounts and delivering measurable results.
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary of £45,000+ per annum
- Quarterly KPI bonus
- Quarterly company performance bonus
- Monthly car allowance £500+ per month
- Uncapped mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile
- Holiday entitlement that increases with service (up to 24 days plus bank holidays)

- Home and field-based role
- Typical week: 4 days visiting customers across your territory and 1 day with the team at the Slough headquarters
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing and developing your territory through new business acquisition and reactivation of dormant accounts
- Building long-term customer relationships through regular face-to-face visits with independent retailers
- Driving sales performance by increasing customer spend, repeat business, own-brand product sales, and profitability
- Managing your sales pipeline, customer activity, and opportunities through the CRM system
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Taking full ownership of your territory with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
