Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Assist with portfolio monitoring activities such as performance tracking, risk reporting, reconciliation, and portfolio reviews.
- Actively support investment team processes, ensuring timely completion of reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
- Liaise with custodians, fund administrators and other external service providers to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and data integrity.
- Support the operational execution of investment activities across public and private markets, including trade support, fund subscriptions and redemptions, capital call processing, and cash flow coordination.
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for the client, the investment committee, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to identify operational efficiencies, improve internal controls, and enhance investment process infrastructure.
- Support compliance-related tasks and ensure proper record keeping across investment documentation and portfolios.
- Provide analytical support on investment research and due diligence projects as needed.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant experience in investment operations, portfolio support, asset management or related financial role.
- Educated to a Degree standard (or equivalent) in numerical or financial discipline.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and P&L reporting.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel with financial analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own workload and priorities.
- Ideal: Experience gained in a Multi-Family Office or Single-Family Office.
- Russian speaking.
- Familiarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg and Addepar.
