Key Responsibilities

• You’ll work directly with the Owner/Director, defining and implementing the broking strategy and contributing to the overall business plan.
• You’ll shape how the broking function evolves, technical oversight, standards & performance.
• You’ll still have hands‑on influence with insurers and underwriters, maintaining and strengthening key relationships, negotiating terms, coverage and pricing.
• You’ll elevate a good team into a great team, coaching, developing, mentoring.
• You’ll have the opportunity to play a key part in delivering commercial and operational excellence across all classes of business.

What you will bring

• Strong UK commercial insurance background
• Expertise across Commercial Combined & Property Owners
• Solid broking experience
• Leadership experience in a broking or placement function

Working hours: Monday to Friday
