With a strong foothold in sectors such as Care Homes, Build to Rent, High Rise Buildings and Hotels, this company continues to expandâcreating this brand-new Designer position.

What You\âll Be Doing:
- Attend internal handover meetings with Sales and Estimating
- Collate and review technical specifications to ensure product accuracy
- Present drawings and solutions to architects, addressing technical queries
- Prepare detailed construction and fabrication drawings for sign-off
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing, revisions, and technical clarifications
- Support handovers to the Contracts team for project delivery
What We\âre Looking For:
- Experience within the commercial construction sector
- Strong technical drawing skills â proficient in AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of windows, doors, glazing, cladding, or façades
- Skilled in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple project
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Highly Desirable:
â Background in Design, Estimating, Project Management or Technical Sales for windows & doors.
â Experience on commercial builds like Care Homes, Hotels, High-Rise Buildings
