Recruitment Consultant

I have a boutique Construction Recruitment company based near Liverpool street station in central London who are looking to add to their team.

They are seeking ambitious Contract or Perm Recruiters who specialise in Blue or White collar construction recruitment across the UK. There are already relationships in place and you would be joining a successful, growing team (average billings in their team is £300k pa).

The work environment is friendly but professional, no forced fun for the Instagram page, just a genuine good, supportive relationship with your colleagues.

This role would suit an experienced Construction Recruiter who is looking to increase their earnings in a mature environment. If you’re fed up with pointless KPI’s, red tape and restrictions, then this is the job for you.

• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Make sales calls and win new business
• Manage the client’s needs and expectations
• Conduct searches on behalf of your clients
• Maintaining strong relationships in the market

Requirements for a Recruitment Consultant

• Previous blue or white collar Construction Recruitment experience
• Target oriented individual
• Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
• Team player – Be a nice person that works well with others
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have honesty and Integrity – We take references
• Be ambitious and want to improve their skill set

This position is for a warm desk with clients, jobs and support in place – A genuine very high earning potential for the right candidate.
