This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s premier Sales/Engineering Recruitment companies. The role is 100% Business Development; you will be responsible for discovering and signing up new clients. There is a coach/mentor, a sector specialist, to help you be as successful as possible. You would not need Recruitment experience, however you must have business-to-business sales experience (selling at Director level) into one of the following sectors:

  • Technology
  • Construction
  • Manufacturing

There is a comprehensive training and induction programme in place with supportive management and personal mentor to help you grow into the role. Qualifications & Criteria

  • Experience of consultative, business-to-business sales (at Director level) within one of the relevant sectors.
  • Experience covering the entirety of the sales cycle, from appointment generation to signing the contract.
  • Target-driven, ambitious professional who wants to excel.
  • Appetite to learn and desire for professional self-development.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to retain information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Belief in solution-led sales.
  • Resilience and strong work ethic.
