This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s premier Sales Recruitment companies. The role is 100% Business Development, you would be responsible for discovering and signing up new clients. There is a coach/mentor (who is a sector specialist) in place to help you be as successful as possible. You would not need Recruitment experience, however you must have business to business sales experience (selling at Director level) into one of the following sectors:
- Technology
- Construction
- Industrial
- Engineering
- Manufacturing

We are looking for an exceptional individual who fits the following criteria:
- Have experience of consultative, business 2 business sales (at director level) within one of the relevant sectors.
- Have experience covering the entirety of the Sales cycle. From appointment generation to signing the contract.
- Be a target driven, ambitious professional who wants to excel in what you do.
- Have an appetite to learn and want professional self development.
- Have good analytical skill and the ability to retain information.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Believe in solution led sales.
- Be resilient and have a good work ethic.
