The role

This is a hands-on, structured role ideal for someone already holding (or close to holding) the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. You\'ll work closely with experienced financial planners, gradually building your own client relationships and gaining real planning experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting financial planners and attending client meetings.
  • Building strong client base under guidance.
  • Creating tailored financial plans covering investments, pensions, protection, estate planning, and more.
  • Helping clients define and reach long-term financial goals.
  • Using cashflow modelling tools and planning software.
  • Staying up to date with industry changes and financial services regulation.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

  • Experience as a Paraplanner, Mortgage Adviser, Protection Adviser, or Banking Adviser.
