The role
You'll be at the heart of the client journey, supporting advisers and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and professionally.
Client & Adviser Support
- Preparing documentation and reports for client meetings
- Managing follow-ups and ensuring actions are completed
- Acting as a key contact for clients, providers, and internal teams
Technical & Implementation Work
- Producing suitability reports and supporting recommendations
- Managing fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and top-ups
- Reviewing portfolios, asset allocations and risk profiles
New Business & Processing
- Handling applications, illustrations and provider liaison
- Ensuring all work is compliant and accurately recorded
Ongoing Client Servicing
- Supporting review processes and maintaining client records
- Keeping systems clean, accurate and up to date
