The role

You'll be at the heart of the client journey, supporting advisers and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and professionally.

Client & Adviser Support

  • Preparing documentation and reports for client meetings
  • Managing follow-ups and ensuring actions are completed
  • Acting as a key contact for clients, providers, and internal teams

Technical & Implementation Work

  • Producing suitability reports and supporting recommendations
  • Managing fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and top-ups
  • Reviewing portfolios, asset allocations and risk profiles

New Business & Processing

  • Handling applications, illustrations and provider liaison
  • Ensuring all work is compliant and accurately recorded

Ongoing Client Servicing

  • Supporting review processes and maintaining client records
  • Keeping systems clean, accurate and up to date
