Strategic Vision Wealth Management is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly, values-led independent financial planning firm. We're looking for someone with solid industry experience who can become an integral part of our client servicing team. What you'll be doing
You'll provide high-quality administrative support to our Financial Planners, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service throughout their financial planning journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business accurately and efficiently
- Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation
- Liaising with providers and progress chasing applications
- Producing valuations and client correspondence
- Processing investments, withdrawals, fund switches and rebalances
- Maintaining accurate client records across back-office systems
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day client servicing
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and company compliance standards.
About you
You'll already have experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Financial Planning environment and be confident managing your own workload. We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience as a Financial Services Administrator within an IFA practice
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Knowledge of financial services products and investment platforms
- A proactive approach and pride in producing accurate work
Experience with Intelligent Office, Nucleus or Hubwise would be an advantage but isn't essential.
