Job Description:
IFA Administrator
to £33,000 (flexible for the right person) | Possible hybrid working | Gloucestershire (M5 access)
Financial Planning | Client Support | Full-Time
Ready to hit the ground running?
If you’ve worked in IFA administration, wealth management support, or financial planning, this is your chance to step into a role where you can make an immediate impact.
We’re looking for someone who knows the industry, understands the pace, and can confidently support advisers and clients from day one.
However — and this is important — if you’re exceptional and share our values, but don’t tick every single box, we still want to hear from you.
Why this role stands out
This isn’t just another admin job. It’s a chance to join a firm where:
- Your experience is trusted and valued from day one
- There’s flexibility for working parents or lifestyle needs
- Some hybrid working available
- You can finish earlier on a Friday
- There are strong benefits and genuine support for development
- And importantly — if you’re really good, we’ll shape the role (and salary) around you
Salary up to £33,000, but if you bring strong experience, there is flexibility to go beyond this.
You’ll be part of a business that genuinely cares about clients, community and doing things the right way.
The role
You’ll be a key part of the team, ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional and compliant service across:
Client & Adviser Support
- Preparing documentation for client meetings
- Managing follow-ups and action points
- Acting as a professional first point of contact
New Business & Processing
- Handling applications, illustrations and provider liaison
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout
- Managing fund switches and rebalances
Reviews & Ongoing Servicing
- Coordinating the full review process
- Preparing review packs
- Supporting advisers with implementation
General Administration
- Maintaining systems and records
- Supporting office processes and workflow
- Managing income tracking and documentation
Who this role will suit
You’ll likely be someone who:
- Has experience in IFA / financial planning / wealth management administration
- Understands financial products, platforms and processes
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Can step in and add value quickly
Most importantly, you’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a high-performing, supportive team.
About the company
Clear Future Financial Planners are a well-established, independent firm working closely with local families.
We’re:
- A certified B Corp (for over 18 months)
- Recognised in the Top 100 Citywire New Model Adviser firms
- Deeply committed to ESG values, community, and doing things properly
But what really matters?
We believe a good business should feel good to be part of. This means doing the right things for clients, supporting each other as a team, and making a positive impact beyond the office.
