Are you a technically strong Paraplanner who enjoys owning your work from start to finish? My client is looking for a paraplanner who wants to take real ownership — someone who can manage the full process, from initial research and admin through to delivering high-quality advice support. You’ll run your own cases end-to-end, giving you variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop towards Chartered status with full support along the way. Fully remote, well-supported, and part of a collaborative team — this is a great opportunity to step into a broader, more involved role.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of the full paraplanning and case process
- Produce clear, compliant, and personalised suitability reports
- Carry out detailed technical research across pensions, investments, tax, and protection
- Manage cases from start to finish — including all associated admin
- Liaise with providers, clients, and advisers to keep cases progressing smoothly
- Maintain accurate records across platforms and CRM systems
- Support advisers in structuring effective financial planning strategies
- Contribute to improving processes and maintaining high standards across the team
What we’re looking for
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum), working towards Chartered status
- Strong paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning firm
- Solid technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Comfortable handling both paraplanning and admin responsibilities
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your own workload
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in
- Able to work remotely while staying connected to the wider team
Why this role stands out
- Fully remote working (UK-based)
- A genuinely supportive, team-focused culture
- Real ownership of your work — not just part of the process
- Ongoing development and support towards Chartered status
- Strong benefits package including holiday, pension, and IT provision
- A business where your contribution is recognised and valued
